This preparation is developed on basis of microorganisms, exuded from the polluted soil. Microbial strains , being a part of bio preparations, use hydrocarbons of oil as a source of carbon and energy, possibilities to grow in a wide temperature span ( from 5oС to 35oС), pH environment (5,5-9,0) and water salinity (under (till 150 g/l). MIKOBAS bio preparations destructure a wide range of oily products – diesel, oil, mazut, industrial oils, and organic component of oil-slimes.
As a result of biological processing of oil pollution, the only things that remain are an easy decomposed bacterial protein (that doesn’t require further utilization), and non-toxic products of oil decomposition (СО2 and water).Products of bacterial vital functions and dying off bacterials are easy digested by native micro flora, giving the basis for humus forming (when using for soil cleaning) or forming ground silt (when using on water).
MIKOBAS bio preparations are effective for the following tasks:
- cleaning of the territory, exposed to regular anthropogenic impact;
- biological sewage treatment of oil-producing and oil-processing industries, oil-transfer industries , washing and gas stations;
- biological soil and water cleaning from hydrocarbon pollution;
- neutralization of oily waste;
- biological cleaning of mechanical admixtures, generated from the separation of oily waste and from bio remediation of territories , where there were oily waste (oil-slime barns grounds).
